1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the browsing of this website and establish the general framework for commercial export transactions executed with JIJA EXIM ("Company", "Seller"), an enterprise located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

2. Export Quotations & Proforma Invoices

All export offers, product availability indications, and price quotations are subject to written confirmation via formal Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract. Given the nature of agricultural commodity markets, quoted prices remain valid for the period specified in the official quotation document.

3. Quality, Grading & Specifications

All agricultural commodities, spices, fresh produce, pulses, and grains are supplied in conformity with agreed buyer specifications, sizing categories, and grading parameters established at the time of order confirmation.

4. Packaging & Shipment Terms

Goods are packed in export-standard packaging (jute sacks, PP woven bags, ventilated mesh bags, corrugated master cartons, or food-grade liners) appropriate for domestic transport and overseas maritime/air transit. Deliveries are executed under mutually agreed Incoterms® (including FOB Indian Ports, CIF, or CFR Destination Ports).

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Commercial agreements and disputes arising in connection with sales shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
